Please read our terms and conditions before signing up for our programs.

- Filling out the application form implies a full knowledge of the terms and conditions of our programs.

- Each student must send the Application Form by fax, E-Mail or through our website (click on Application Form) and go through payment procedures at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the chosen course.

- IFDC Lenguas Vivas will send you a confirmation e-mail once your application form is received. We will also confirm all aspects involving your registration (dates, course, accommodation and other requested services).

- Health insurance is NOT included in any of our programs. Students are expected to take an insurance policy prior to the trip. The Institute assumes no responsibility for medical insurance of any kind.

- IFDC Lenguas Vivas is not liable for any risks you may be exposed to during your trip and or while staying at the school. These risks may include, but are not limited to: personal injury, property damage, sickness, accidents, terrorism, and war. By signing the registration form, you are assuming all risks and agreeing to indemnify and hold IFDC Lenguas Vivas and its employees harmless of any and all liability that may arise in IFDC Lenguas Vivas programs.

- Public Holidays: In the case of National holidays in Argentina the school will remain closed and classes will be rescheduled.

- Travel Documents: It is the applicant's responsibility to have all necessary documents to travel abroad, passport, medical insurance and/or visa if it were necessary, Payments and Cancellations

- All payments must be made in US Dollars. Payment methods are described in our FEES section.


- Any change on reservations or cancellations must be informed to IFDC Lenguas Vivas.

- There are no refunds after the program/s start.

- Cancellations: If notice was made 30 days prior to course commencement, we will refund your money with a 25% penalty fee. No refunds if cancellation notice is received during the 30 days prior to course commencement.

- The date of cancellation will be taken as the date when notice was received by IFDC Lenguas Vivas

- In case of program extension, please let us know as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made regarding accommodation, excursions, classes and air tickets.

- There are no refunds, under any circumstance, of registration fee.
