Jacqueline Le Chevalier de la Sauzaye received a degree in law from the Universidad Católica Argentina. She worked as a lawyer in several law firms in Buenos Aires, specializing in civil, commercial and corporate law, banking and the oil and gas fields.
She lived in Barbados (a member of the British Commonwealth) for several years. While there, she worked as a consultant for the local government and private institutions as well as a translator of legal, accounting and tax-related texts among others. She was also a tutor and lecturer of two subjects related to the Spanish language at the University of the West Indies, Barbados.
Since 2003, she has been a member of the Spanish language curriculum design team at the Lenguas Vivas Bariloche Teacher Training Institute.
She currently works as a translator specialized in the fields of law, finance, banking, tax, accounting, energy and others.
